Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success to lead the strategy and execution of its post-sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect a comprehensive plan for driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through upsell and expansion initiatives

  • Experience in team transformation and organizational design
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms
