Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the Order Engine and protect revenue through proactive customer engagement and risk management
- Build scalable systems and team infrastructure for customer success, ensuring a consistent and measurable customer experience
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing to enhance customer advocacy and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including executive-level positions in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling customer success teams in growth-stage startups
- Experience managing product transitions with a focus on adoption and change management
- Hands-on experience with customer success and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot and Planhat
- Analytical mindset with a history of data-driven decision-making and forecasting
