Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the full customer lifecycle on a global scale, ensuring a consistent and premium experience across all regions
  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales motions while driving strong, repeatable handoffs into onboarding and customer success teams
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Onboarding, and Global Support to deliver a seamless, white-glove experience for customers
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of leadership experience within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Proven success managing and developing globally distributed teams
  • Strong cross-functional partnership experience with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support organizations
  • Background in high-growth, evolving, or transformational business environments
  • Decisive, adaptable, action-oriented leadership style comfortable operating with ambiguity
