Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as a "Change Agent" in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience with modern Customer Success platforms and AI-driven support tools
  • Proven success in driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and lifetime value in recurring revenue models
  • Experience leading diverse teams across multiple time zones and understanding global HR compliance
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and Finance teams
