Job Summary
Responsible for the overall health and growth of a strategic customer portfolio, the full-time remote Vice President of Customer Success will manage account delivery functions, oversee executive customer relationships, and ensure successful delivery governance and risk management.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the health, retention, and growth of the strategic customer portfolio while establishing governance processes
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and lead strategic discussions on business priorities
- Partner with Delivery Leadership and Sales teams to identify and mitigate delivery and relationship risks across customer portfolios
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, customer success, or delivery leadership
- Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience leading customer-facing delivery or engagement management organizations
- Strong background in escalation management and executive communication
- Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to pursue additional certifications on emerging technologies (preferred)
