Job Summary
Leading the Customer Success strategy for the Sailthru platform, the remote Vice President of Customer Success will drive retention, expansion, and customer advocacy across a portfolio of enterprise clients while managing a team focused on delivering measurable value through lifecycle marketing and audience growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention for the Sailthru Customer Success business
- Drive customer growth by partnering with clients to enhance lifecycle marketing and platform usage
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of performance and customer-centric execution
Required qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience leading Customer Success or account teams in SaaS or digital marketing environments
- University degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Proven track record of driving retention and expansion in enterprise accounts
- Deep understanding of email marketing, lifecycle marketing, and audience engagement strategies
