Key Responsibilities

- Establish scalable engagement strategies across various customer segments
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or SaaS organizations
- 8+ years leading global customer-facing teams through multiple levels of management
- Demonstrated success in driving customer retention and executive engagement
- Experience in building and scaling Customer Success operating models
- Proven ability to lead transformational initiatives and influence stakeholders
