Job Summary
To build and lead a world-class support organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Customer Support will set the vision and strategy for support across consumer, B2B, hardware, and the Azure-native API while managing relationships with enterprise customers and Microsoft.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision and strategy for support and support engineering across all product surfaces
- Build and develop a leadership team for day-to-day support operations and establish a dedicated support-engineering function
- Serve as the executive counterpart for the Microsoft partnership, ensuring exceptional support for enterprise customers
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in customer support or customer experience, with significant senior leadership experience
- Experience managing managers and building a leadership team
- Deep experience in technical, developer, API, or platform support with enterprise SLAs
- Proven executive partnership experience with product and engineering leaders
- Track record of running distributed teams and managing budgetary decisions
