Job Summary

To build and lead a world-class support organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Customer Support will set the vision and strategy for support across consumer, B2B, hardware, and the Azure-native API while managing relationships with enterprise customers and Microsoft.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the vision and strategy for support and support engineering across all product surfaces
  • Build and develop a leadership team for day-to-day support operations and establish a dedicated support-engineering function
  • Serve as the executive counterpart for the Microsoft partnership, ensuring exceptional support for enterprise customers
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years in customer support or customer experience, with significant senior leadership experience
  • Experience managing managers and building a leadership team
  • Deep experience in technical, developer, API, or platform support with enterprise SLAs
  • Proven executive partnership experience with product and engineering leaders
  • Track record of running distributed teams and managing budgetary decisions
