Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global support strategy to enhance customer experience and platform reliability
  • Oversee the customer support organization, ensuring quality and efficiency in interactions
  • Lead the Technical Support team to diagnose complex infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Operations, including 5+ years in executive leadership roles
  • Proven leadership in IaaS, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure organizations
  • Experience in scaling global teams and implementing automation in support workflows
  • Strong operational mindset with knowledge of incident management and support analytics
  • Experience in Trust & Safety or compliance operations is preferred
