Job Summary
Leading the development of a world-class support organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Customer Support will set the vision and strategy for support across consumer, B2B, hardware, and Azure-native API, while managing executive-level relationships and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision and strategy for support and support engineering across all product surfaces
- Build and develop the leadership team responsible for day-to-day support operations
- Serve as the executive counterpart for the Microsoft partnership, ensuring premium support for enterprise customers
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in customer support or customer experience, with significant senior leadership experience
- Proven track record in managing managers and building leadership teams
- Deep experience in technical, developer, API, or platform support with enterprise SLAs
- Experience running distributed teams and managing budgetary decisions
- Calm and decisive leadership under pressure, with strong communication skills for enterprise-level audiences
