Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Customer Support will own the strategy and operational execution of a world-class support organization across consumer, B2B, hardware, and Azure-native API, while serving as the executive counterpart for the Microsoft relationship.
Key responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategy for support and support engineering across all product surfaces
- Build and lead a leadership team to manage day-to-day support operations and establish a dedicated support-engineering function
- Serve as the executive counterpart for the Microsoft partnership, ensuring premium support for enterprise customers
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in customer support, support engineering, or customer experience with a focus on leadership roles
- Proven experience in managing managers and building leadership teams within a support organization
- Deep understanding of technical, developer, API, or platform support with enterprise SLAs
- Experience running distributed teams and managing contractor or BPO models at scale
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of calm decision-making under pressure
