Vice President of Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Vice President of Cybersecurity is a full-time, exempt role responsible for leading and scaling cybersecurity operations, strategy, and compliance in both internal and client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals and risk management priorities
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, including monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and client stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable frameworks and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of IT and cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in senior cybersecurity leadership roles
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity operations teams in complex environments
• Strong expertise across cybersecurity domains including SOC/SIEM, incident response, and cloud security
• Prior experience in a highly regulated environment such as healthcare or financial services is preferred
