Vice President of Data

Job Summary

Leading the data function for North America, the full-time salaried Vice President of Data will manage data infrastructure, governance, and analytics while driving the enterprise data strategy and modernizing architecture on Microsoft Fabric.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the data function responsible for data infrastructure, engineering, governance, and analytics across North America
• Build and design a cohesive team of leaders across data disciplines for accelerated delivery and scalability
• Oversee data transformation initiatives, migrating existing solutions to simplify the data estate

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Data and Analytics roles
• 5+ years of experience leading data teams managing high-volume, high-complexity ERP data
• Fluency in modern data and analytics platforms, including Lakehouse architectures and BI tools
• Extensive experience with Microsoft's cloud data platform components and their evolution into Fabric
• DAMA-DMBOK certification or similar data management accreditation is an advantage
