Vice President of Data & AI

Job Summary

Leading the design and execution of an enterprise data and AI strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Data & AI will establish a scalable data platform, drive AI adoption, and enhance operational efficiency and clinical outcomes while building a high-performing team across various organizational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise data platform architecture and establish a single source of truth across data
• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Build and mentor the Data & AI organization while partnering with cross-functional teams for execution alignment

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles
• Proven experience in building enterprise data platforms at scale
• Experience leading AI/ML initiatives in production environments
• Healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
