Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Data & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the enterprise data strategy and manage the data platform
Lead and develop a team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and embedded business analysts
Serve as the primary data partner to Marketing, Advertising, and Commercial leadership

Required Qualifications

12+ years in data engineering, analytics, or data leadership roles
Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary data organizations
Expert-level knowledge of Databricks and modern lakehouse architecture
Strong SQL and Python fluency
Experience in consumer products, retail, or D2C environments preferred
