Job Summary

Leading a national portfolio of over 40 mission-critical data centers, the full-time Vice President of Data Center Operations will manage daily operations, ensure performance and reliability, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the data center portfolio, ensuring execution, reliability, and workforce performance
• Lead regional operations leaders and site teams, establishing clear expectations and accountability for performance
• Enhance operational performance of critical facility infrastructure, ensuring maintenance discipline and incident preparedness

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of leadership experience in mission-critical or industrial operations environments
• Significant experience managing multi-site operations teams across multiple geographies
• Deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within data center environments
• Proven track record of improving operational consistency and workforce performance at scale
• Strong command of safety, compliance, and risk management principles in operational settings
