Vice President of Data Center Operations

Job Summary

To support rapid growth and optimize operational functions, the remote-based Vice President of Data Center Operations will manage all aspects of data center operations, including facility management, capacity planning, and operational readiness, while driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategy for data center operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Oversee mission-critical data center operations globally, establishing operational standards and leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage operational performance and service availability, driving initiatives for uptime and resiliency across all data center sites

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in data center operations or related industries
• 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience managing large-scale operational organizations
• Proven experience leading globally distributed teams in mission-critical environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or Advanced Engineering degree preferred
• Strong understanding of critical power, cooling systems, and operational technologies
