Vice President of Data Engineering
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of enterprise Data & AI capabilities, the fully remote Vice President of Data Engineering will define the engineering roadmap, establish scalable architectures, and build a high-performing global team while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive AI innovation and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Data & AI engineering strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Establish secure and cost-effective architectures for enterprise data and AI applications
- Lead the development of capabilities across AI/ML, GenAI, and intelligent automation, transitioning solutions from experimentation to production
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology or engineering, with significant expertise in data and AI engineering
- 7+ years of leadership experience in building and managing engineering teams, preferably in global organizations
- Experience in developing enterprise data and AI platforms and engineering strategies
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI/ML
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
