Vice President of Data Governance

Job Summary

To empower organizations in building smarter compensation strategies, the full-time remote Vice President of Data Governance will manage customer engagement in AI and data governance discussions, lead policy development, and align product requirements with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer AI and data governance reviews, facilitating discussions to address customer concerns and advocate for effective solutions
• Develop and implement the Data Philosophy & Usage Framework, ensuring policies meet customer requirements and regulatory standards
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment between policy, product design, and customer commitments

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in data governance, AI policy, or related fields
• Proven ability to engage with customers and translate their needs into strategic solutions
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and state privacy laws
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and communicating clear policy positions
• Experience collaborating across departments, including Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal
