Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Data Management to provide strategic leadership and oversight for its global Data Management function.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the global strategy and operational framework for the Data Management department
• Lead and mentor Data Management teams, ensuring effective hiring and performance management
• Oversee data management activities to ensure compliance, quality, and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Degree in statistics, science, mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant work experience
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a Clinical Research Organization
• Deep knowledge of drug development processes and clinical trial regulations
• Proven financial acumen, including budgeting and resource management
