Vice President of Data Operations

Job Summary

Leading the data governance and operational infrastructure for custom proxy voting policy solutions, the full-time remote Vice President of Data Operations will ensure client-defined policies are accurately translated into scalable data frameworks and operationalized for global proxy research and voting execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the management of client proxy voting policies into structured, system-ready data with strong governance
• Establish and manage validation frameworks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of policy data and research inputs
• Lead end-to-end workflows for global proxy research production, aligning with client policies and service expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data operations, governance, or proxy voting within a financial services environment
• Proven ability to lead complex, data-driven operational functions that support policy-based service delivery
• Strong track record of building data quality controls and validation processes to ensure accuracy and auditability
• Deep expertise in data governance and scalable process design
