Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data science vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy
• Build and lead high-performing teams of data scientists and ML engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration
• Oversee the development and deployment of predictive models, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and are integrated into workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions at scale
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning
• Experience in operationalizing models in production environments, particularly in healthcare
