Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Data Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic goals and direction for technology platforms in collaboration with senior leaders
• Lead the data science team, implementing best engineering practices and fostering a data-driven culture
• Oversee the planning and execution of data analytics and science initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement of machine learning projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing data science, analytics, and/or engineering professionals
• Expertise in statistics, predictive modeling, machine learning, or software engineering
• Experience in healthcare technology strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work across product, engineering, and analytics teams
