Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy for a major financial institution partnership, translating business needs into advanced analytics solutions
• Oversee the analytics lifecycle, ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations and delivering insights based on model performance
• Manage and mentor analytics teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability while ensuring project quality and timeliness

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, with at least 5 years in financial institutions or insurance
• Knowledge of financial services regulations related to modeling, including fair lending and ECOA
• Expertise in predictive modeling and recommendation systems
• Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive strategic business outcomes
• Strong technical fluency in modeling frameworks and validation techniques
