Vice President of Data Science

Job Summary

Leading the company's experimentation strategy and enterprise BI function, the full-time remote Vice President of Data Science will drive measurable business outcomes through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and cross-functional partnerships across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scale experimentation strategy, ensuring rigorous A/B testing and causal inference across initiatives
• Own executive dashboards and enterprise reporting, developing a trusted metrics layer with clear governance
• Lead applied data science efforts across personalization, marketplace dynamics, and lifecycle modeling

Required qualifications

• 15+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or quantitative leadership roles
• Experience leading BI and analytics in a large, global organization
• Deep knowledge of experimental design, causal inference, and statistical modeling
• Strong fluency in SQL and modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, Tableau)
• Proven experience building and scaling high-performing Data Science and Analytics teams
