Vice President of Data Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Data & Reporting Services to oversee enterprise data, financial reporting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data, reporting, and analytics functions, including financial reporting and risk reporting
• Define and manage data capture and reporting requirements across MGU business units
• Oversee data marts and reporting infrastructure supporting operational reports and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of P&C insurance experience with knowledge of agency/MGA/MGU and carrier operations
• Executive-level experience (COO or equivalent) in an insurance agency or similar organization
• Strong understanding of premium accounting, commissions, and insurance data flows
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in finance, operations, data, or reporting
• Experience with data warehouses, BI/reporting tools, and data governance best practices
