Key Responsibilities

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for data services, including data management and analytics
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying transformation opportunities and presenting tailored solutions
• Stay informed on industry trends and represent the company at events to elevate market presence

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership focused on data solutions
• Proven track record of closing large-scale transformation deals in analytics or reporting automation
• Strong understanding of insurance value chains, including claims and underwriting
• Deep knowledge of data ecosystem design and advanced analytics in the insurance context
• Experience with tools such as Snowflake, SQL, and Power BI
