Job Summary
Driving the transformation of enterprise data assets into scalable and revenue-generating solutions, the full-time Vice President of Data Solutions will manage the entire lifecycle of data products, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability while representing the strategy to executive leadership and the Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish portfolio governance and prioritization mechanisms to balance innovation, regulatory requirements, and commercial outcomes
- Define and execute the data solutions and product strategy, overseeing the full lifecycle from ideation to performance measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of high-value, compliant, and scalable offerings aligned with customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in related roles, with 8+ years in people management
- Proven experience leading data solutions at scale with accountability for revenue or profitability
- 5+ years of experience in health IT, pharmacy, or healthcare-related fields
- Strong understanding of data product management and go-to-market strategy
