Job Summary

Leading a global organization of software and data engineers, the full-time Vice President of Data Strategy will drive data platform strategy and execution, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and serve as a trusted partner for senior commercial sales and data leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams supporting commercial data lake, data governance, and data reliability efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve technical challenges and clear project blockers
• Develop and implement technical data platform and data risk management strategies

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with hands-on expertise
• Proven knowledge of cloud technology and big data solutions (ETL, Spark, Data Lake)
• Experience in creating scalable data strategies leveraging AI and advanced analytics
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and grow talent
• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
