Vice President of Data Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise data strategy in a hybrid role, the Vice President of Data Strategy will define a multi-year roadmap, build AI/ML capabilities, and ensure data governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year data and AI roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy
• Build and scale AI/ML capabilities, establishing MLOps and LLMOps practices
• Own data governance and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership roles, with 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Healthcare industry experience with a track record of working with healthcare data and compliance frameworks
• Proven experience shipping production AI/ML systems at scale
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks, including cloud data warehouses and orchestration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
