Vice President of Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Delivery (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the enterprise delivery strategy aligned with company goals
• Create and maintain delivery frameworks and governance standards for consistent outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and develop leaders and their teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in delivery, operations, consulting, program management, or related areas
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing Director-level leaders or equivalent senior managers
• Demonstrated success in leading large, matrixed delivery organizations
• In-depth knowledge of delivery methodologies and best practice frameworks
• Experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, healthcare, or similarly complex delivery environments
