Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale global demand generation and capture strategy for pipeline nurture and customer growth
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across various platforms
• Drive Account-Based Marketing programs with AI-enhanced targeting and personalization

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience, preferably in fintech or enterprise technology
• Experience leading global BDR teams or marketing functions
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage performance dashboards and attribution models
• Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline-generating marketing programs
• Strong understanding of modern marketing technology tools
