Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Vice President, Demand Generation and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline across all segments
  • Oversee campaign design and execution, ensuring alignment with growth priorities and sales objectives
  • Implement and optimize lead flow management processes to maximize conversion rates and pipeline velocity
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and business development leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in campaign design, lead flow management, and account-based marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the role BDRs play in pipeline development and experience managing BDR teams
  • Hands-on experience with 6sense, Adobe Marketo, and Salesforce for advanced targeting and reporting
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
