Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Dental Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee dental operations, including claims adjudication and customer service
• Ensure department meets performance metrics and implement ongoing training and documentation
• Manage direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
• 5+ years of related experience in dental operations
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of dental operations, including claims adjudication and customer service
• Familiarity with ancillary products and their operational considerations is a plus
