Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team to advance energy projects through critical phases
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective project documentation and reporting
• Implement risk management strategies and promote continuous improvement in project execution

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in energy project development and leadership
• Direct experience with technologies such as Solar, Battery Storage, Microgrids, and CHP
• Proven track record of guiding projects to Notice-to-Proceed (NTP)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
• Experience managing key client relationships, particularly with Fortune 100 companies
