Vice President of Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Development - Data Center Power Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive active development opportunities to executed agreements, managing commercial negotiations and milestone schedules
• Negotiate predevelopment agreements, letters of intent, and deal term sheets while coordinating with legal counsel and internal teams
• Engage with data center developers and coordinate with equipment manufacturers to align project commitments with operational requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, economics, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of project development or structured transaction experience in power generation or energy infrastructure
• Demonstrated track record of closing projects from predevelopment to financial close
• Substantive project finance experience, including knowledge of equity/debt structures and financial modeling
• Experience working with landowners on site control instruments and coordinating with equipment manufacturers
