Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in delivery transformation in technology-enabled managed services
• Proven experience in managing high-performing teams and developing KPIs
• Expertise in end-to-end technology-enabled outsourcing services
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Ability to engage with C-suite and operational leaders to identify value opportunities
