Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Head of Digital Excellence to lead the transformation of digital capabilities in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a digital strategy to enhance innovation and efficiency across various functions
• Establish a centralized organizational model and a Data Governance framework for product delivery
• Lead strategic resource planning and manage departmental budgets to optimize investments

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Degree (Master's or higher) in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in biostatistics, data management, and analytics, with 10+ years in leadership roles
• Expertise in clinical data management, statistical modeling, and Real-World Evidence generation
• Proven success in digital transformation and data operations optimization
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements (FDA, IVDR, GDPR, HIPAA)
