Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and optimization of websites and digital assets to enhance conversion rates
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies to improve user engagement and digital performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in web technologies, SEO, digital marketing, and web channel management
• Proven ability to drive digital strategy across SEO, CRO, and user journey optimization
• Experience with technical and content SEO, including keyword strategy and performance tools
• Strong track record in managing teams and agencies, with experience leading teams of over 50 people
