Job Summary

Leading the digital infrastructure and data ecosystem, the full-time remote Vice President of Digital Experience will unify user experience, conversion architecture, and marketing technology to drive measurable performance and growth across digital properties.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end digital conversion performance and ensure a unified system for UX, measurement, and marketing technology
  • Establish experimentation as a core operating model, setting standards for test velocity and quality
  • Define the marketing technology vision and roadmap, ensuring integration and scalability for measurable growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital experience, marketing technology, or related domains
  • Proven track record of measurable performance improvement across large-scale digital properties
  • Experience leading experimentation programs at scale, including governance and measurable test impact
  • Ability to design customer data architectures that enable first-party data activation and scalable personalization
