Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of a unified digital learning strategy, the full-time salaried Vice President of Digital Learning will oversee the digital learning ecosystem, drive operational excellence, and enhance the student experience in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy supporting online and hybrid instruction
- Build a culture of operational excellence by designing workflows that improve service delivery and increase student success metrics
- Provide executive oversight for technology systems, ensuring integration and optimization to support recruitment and retention
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, higher education leadership, public administration, or a related field
- Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in digital learning, online education, or operational transformation
- Demonstrated success in scaling online programs and leading complex change initiatives
- Expertise with CRM, SIS, LMS, and analytics platforms
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional initiatives effectively
