• Oversee operations related to ebook and print file creation, conversion, and distribution

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital publishing or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of digital and print production workflows
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams through change
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
