Job Summary

Leading the development of digital, data, and integration foundations, the full-time remote Vice President of Digital Transformation will design and implement enterprise data architecture, drive data strategy, and manage a high-performing team to enhance business outcomes in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data architecture and infrastructure for scientific and business data
• Drive a comprehensive data strategy focused on quality, standards, and secure access to support digital transformation
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-value AI and digital use cases while managing risk and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in computer science or related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles and managing multi-disciplinary technology teams
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains and modern data and AI concepts
• Experience operating in regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences
