Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 15+ years in sales, channel management, or distribution leadership, with 7 years in technology/semiconductor industries
• Proven track record of transforming distribution channels into competitive advantages
• Experience implementing performance-based management systems
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with CRM and business intelligence tools
