Vice President of Distribution

Job Summary

To enhance agency development strategies, the full-time salaried Vice President of Distribution will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, fostering relationships with external producers and internal teams, and driving profitable business growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced distribution strategies to increase production and profitability
• Collaborate with underwriting and external partners to optimize sales processes and drive new business submissions
• Conduct agency visits and territory reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field
• Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM are highly desired
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in distribution with independent producers/agencies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven experience in strategic planning and marketing within the commercial lines insurance sector
