Vice President of Distribution Operations

Job Summary

Leading a critical operational team, the full-time Vice President of Distribution Operations will oversee business operations, analytics, compliance, and budget management while driving operational excellence across various distribution platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales operations excellence to improve efficiency and business performance
• Deliver business insights and performance analytics to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee budget planning and financial operations to ensure operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in distribution operations, sales operations, or a related media environment
• Minimum of 5 years managing budgets, contracts, and operational workflows
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team
• Experience with cable, satellite, OTT, AVOD, FAST, and digital distribution platforms preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools
