Vice President of eCommerce

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, eCommerce to lead and scale its eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end eCommerce strategy and growth targets
• Drive revenue growth and margin performance with full P&L accountability
• Lead eCommerce marketing and oversee operational excellence across customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce or omnichannel retail
• Proven ownership of P&L and growth strategy in complex organizations
• Deep experience with marketplace platforms, particularly Amazon and Wayfair
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities
