Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead a global ecosystem strategy for developers, startups, and community contributors
• Build a unified ecosystem front door to enhance onboarding and long-term engagement
• Oversee Developer Relations and Marketing programs to support technical enablement and community growth

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in developer marketing, relations, or community leadership
• Proven experience in scaling global ecosystems in fintech or related industries
• Strong technical knowledge in APIs, blockchain technologies, and developer workflows
• Experience building multidisciplinary teams and collaborating cross-functionally
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities across various formats
