Job Summary
Owning the strategy and performance of a portfolio of emerging wellness brands, the full-time remote Vice President of Emerging Brands will manage P&L, develop creative positioning strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and execution across various marketing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own P&L, strategy, and performance across the emerging brand portfolio
- Develop creative and positioning strategies that drive conversion and retention
- Lead cross-functional teams in performance marketing execution and go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DTC or performance-driven brand building
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, particularly in paid social and creative strategy
- Ability to identify consumer insights and develop compelling creative concepts
- Experience operating in fast-paced, lean environments without a playbook
- Entrepreneurial mindset with aspirations to start a business
