  • Proven success in leading employee experience or culture transformations
  • Strong understanding of global hybrid workforce design and digital engagement practices
  • High-level acumen in employer branding and inclusion practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
