- 12+ years of experience in People, Culture, or Employee Experience leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in leading employee experience or culture transformations
- Strong understanding of global hybrid workforce design and digital engagement practices
- High-level acumen in employer branding and inclusion practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
